- To make an order just select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART
- Then click on the CHECKOUT button in the top right corner. You'll see your order as a summary...
- Then click on PLACE ORDER.
- Then you need to enter your customer details as either a new customer or returning customer and sign in.
- Once you have done this, click CONTINUE to delivery information
- Check the delivery information and click CONTINUE to payment information
- At this point you can either use your PAYPAL account or a CREDIT CARD via PayPal (even if you don't have a PayPal account)
- Here you'll get a complete summary of the order - just click CONFIRM ORDER and you will be redirected to PayPal to finalise payment.
Sneaker Freaker uses the most efficient and cost effective method of shipping all our items. Because we are based in Australia, it will take a little time to get the items from us to you. We promise to ship your item within 7 days of receiving approval on your order... approval usually takes 2-3 days from the credit card company. There's nothing we can do about this as fraud is a problem in this day and age.
Shipping charges differ depending on the weight of your package. If you wish to check these charges before you make a purchase; add the items to your cart and start to check out. Please make sure you supply a correct postal address. If you get it wrong, don't blame us!
Please allow 7-9 business days for ground shipping from Australia to Europe and Nth America and Asia and 2-3 days for orders within Australia.
We do not accept returns unless we send the wrong color or size, or there is an error with the order. Customers have 5 days from receiving the goods to send us an e-mail with their name and order number if they want a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product.
We promise not to disclose your email address to any third parties.
